Personable and Professional Attitude

It is so great to see that good old fashion professional service is still alive and well. It is also great to see that these reviews DO actually mean something. I can honestly say that I agree with all the high praise given to Mike. I also wanted to give a “shout out” to his co-worker son.  Both are very nice to deal with.

I am a person with a very curious mind. Until I have most, if not all of my questions answered, then I am apprehensive about doing a job that I am not familiar with.

Mike does not get "put off “ with questions. He is more than happy to answer. He is NOT aragonite or has an attitude. He explains and shows you the work that he is doing and or has done.

A simple smile, personable and professional attitude can and DOES go a long way in making a home owner feel like the job that is being done is being done right.

I was not on site for the work, but my tenant was, and she was very, very pleased with Mike and Clayton. She said they were very polite and kept the work site clean. I had spoken with Mike on the phone to set this up and found him very professional. My only question is: Does All City do other plumbing work as well? Thank you folks.
